how i can import a graphic with transparent part into labview interface

Copy and paste.
Edit->Import Picture from file menu.

If your difficulty is that the transparency is lost when you get your graphic into LabVIEW, you might need to work a little harder to get an appropriate image or image format.

I posted an answer with additional info to a similar question some months ago--do a search for "transparent" in the Developer Exchange at ni.com and it should be the first hit.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, when I did a search of transparent
in the Developers Exchange, your information could not be found. Would you be
kind enough to locate it and let us know where it is?
