You can use a "write to spread sheet" to log the data and "read from spreadsheet" to read the data from the stored file.

Why are you using these many case structures and you are checking the condition from one source.Can you explain a bit?

i want to record the varying on the tempreature during two hours , and i did maually that be arrising the degrees randolmlly,

that's not our case

all what i care about how i can but the result in excel sheet and draw a graph from this result .
