how to add a video option to capture image

This could be rather a new problem for me:

I have copied(not copy and  paste- just copying the codes in a new blank vi) the filter program while I was trying to write a new program. The program identified the filter , but on changing the wavelength .. it gave the error message "1193 occurred at property node. 

POssible reasons:

Labview: When a Boolean control has a latch mechanical action, you cannot use the value property to read or write its value"

So what change I should make.this is the filter program
