how to change a data aqcuisition sampling frequency during a loop

I'm measuring but during the measurements i have to change the sample rate. each measurement i do comes out of a loop.

I need more information to be able to answer this question.

What type of DAQ board are you using. What version of LabVIEW are you using? What version of NI-DAQ do you have and are you using traditional NI-DAQ or DAQmx (or the DAQ assistant)?
