how to create ground+ power supply in ultiboadr 13v

hi anyone can help me... iam fresh in using this program 😞 .. ineed to put ground and power supply in my cricuit in ultiboad version 13 ?how? and how can i export the file in to gerber file? thanks all 🙂 plz help me
