You were right, it was noise all along. After trouble shooting almost everything else, I ran a new isolated com line with a better twist and what do you know....no more noise and a clean signal (near sinusoidal, not triangular) with expected voltage output. My apologies to everyone and my sincere thanks for everyone's help. At least I learned more about triangle waves. Thanks again.
