 i was asked to not modify the Vi totally just the condition of elapsed time,so i can't use state machine 😕

Building clear code (with subVI) doesn't mean modify the VI behaviour. If you can't use state machine, have fun !!

I have sample code that does something similar to what you need.

Many voices to one listener is suitable for a queue communication scheme - beware though, it is not beginner friendly as queues defy the dataflow paradigm of LabVIEW.
