What are the different condition you want to test ? You want one output from two different variable or you have two different input and one output ?

yes I have two different inputs at two diffrent conditions. when the condition changes from - to + value, with the same serial write I have to write the command in the program

If at a time only one condition is TRUE then you can go with this.
