how to loop sinusoidal contiuously

Hello there,

I am trying to add a sinusoidal on top of a ramp. I managed to do it using Stimulate Sine wave. But I cannot use more than 100,000 samples if i use it. I need the sinusoidal continue for 20 minutes and ramp it down after that. Is there any other option to make sine wave continue for as long as i want.
