how to measure the back emf of the motor

         We are doing our project in permanent magnet brushless DC (PMBLDC) motor. We need to measure the back emf of about 20V. We planned to use the following DAC-Bnc  2120,SCXI 1314,PXI 1000B. Please give us an idea or information which suits best for our work. Thanks in advance......
