Solved!

why dont you just put the troubleshoot.vi in each case frame and feed the boolean to it? Why the need for the invoke node?

Hi Viper,

I need to do that so that i can give around 40 option to user, which will be shown on sub-panel and then user can have again choice what to do.

Thats the requirement of project so i have to do.

  • You made no changes to the MenuDriven VI with respect to setting control values.
  • The VI you are specifying in the block diagram does not match the name of the VI you provided. You have "Troubleshooting" in the block diagram, but you uploaded "Troubleshooting_main".

See attached example of setting a control value, which is a modification of the "Subpanel VIewer" example that ships with LabVIEW.

Other comments in the "Troubleshooting_main" VI:

  • The wiring is a mess. The "Updation_of_Cluster" case is just a complete mess for that first sequence frame.
  • The sequence frame in the "Updation_of_Cluster" does absolutely nothing and is therefore not needed.
  • Do not autoindex a for-loop and wire to the N terminal at the same time. Do one or the other. You do this in every for-loop. Please review the concept of for-loops and auto-indexing in the LabVIEW Help.
