how to plot an intensity image properly

Hi, all: I have a problem to plot an intensity image properly. The attached code plots an intensity image to 2 intensity graphs. I am supposed to obtain an image showing the lowest value in black color, the highest in white color, and the others varies in gray color. In the code, the "image" one gives me the reversed color range, which varies from white as lowest to blick as highest. The "graph" one gives me the wrong color, which varies through blue instead of gray color. I read the help manual but can't figure out what I did wrong. Can someone help me figure out my mistake? Thanks a lot.

Changing the color is a rather simple operation : Right click on the lower scale marker and select marker color. Pick the color you want(black). Same operation on the upper marker (white). That's all !

Of course sometimes life is difficult : Your top intensity graph appears to be corrupted, and you can't change the color ! Just replace it with a fresh intensity graph. 🙂

Dear Chilly Charly: Thank you a lot for your point. Actually, I tried it before I posted my question. It did not work in my case. When you look at the legend bar in the right of the graph, you can see one black line in the top of the legend and one black line in the bottom. I click anywhere above the top line or below the bottom line, I can change the color, but the change only apply to the maximum and the minimum color. For example, if you look at the bottom graph and change the color, the value between the maximum and minimum still varies in blue. I think I miss some point here but just can't figure out what I did is wrong. Can you please see my code again and help me figure out what my mistake is? By the way, my code is in LV 8.2, so probably it is why you get a corrupted top graph. I copied the top graph from other colleague's code to get gray level color, but we just can't figure out why I got blue color and why the top color varies in a reversed way.

The marker I was refering to is not in the colored bar. It's on the right side of the bar, between the bar and the numeric figures. The scale ! Simple ?

Hi indrajit,
Please elaborate on your issue? Are you experiencing the same problems that were discussed earlier in the post?  You might want to start a new thread if you have a different issue.  If not, please provide more details on what you are attempting to do and where you are experiencing difficulty.

Hi, indrajit. I hope you can read my reply. When you move your mouse above the number of scale, not the color bar and not the top and bottom numbers, then right click, you can see Marker Color option. You can change the color there. Hope you can get it. Good luck.
