how to read pictures embedded in word

hi, I need to read a WORD document data to LV. I use activeX to open word doc and i can read Texts and Tables successfully, but failure in Pictures.

In MSDN library and  Picture format members, there is no available methods or properties  to read pictures.

I also check OLEformat,but it returns error string "A null or previously deleted refnum was passed in as an input"

Is it possible to read pics from word? or Is there any other methods to read pictures embedded in word?
