Yes.  That's the file.

See the attached modified VI and try it.  I could not work with the DAQ assistant since I don't have your DAQ device.  You should change that to fewer samples.  Right now you have 50 samples at 5 Hz which will take 10 seconds to read, which is right at the default timeout value.  Try making it 5 samples at 5 Hz.

I changed your waveform graph to a waveform chart.

Most importantly, I got rid of that unneeded To DDT in the middle of the blue wire.
