how to solve an error 15550 this happens as am executing my VI to get a file from FTP Saver

I have done that but i still get the ERROR 15550, FTP Transaction 550 the parameter is incorrect , see the attached word doc containing both the front and the block diagram VI.

Hi Nassor,

From your attached screen shot it seems your remote path still includes "C:". You should remove this and set it to just "\ftpdata\test.xlsx".

I have done so but i am getting an error 59 with the following explanation , TCP Open Connection in NI_InternetTK_FTP_VIs.lvlib:FTP Open Session.vi->NI_InternetTK_FTP_VIs.lvlib:FTP Put Multiple Files and Buffers.vi->NI_InternetTK_FTP_VIs.lvlib:FTP Put File.vi->vi to read a ftp file from the data logger.vi.

Can you please suggest the solution?

The error that is showing relates to a network connection error. Can you still access the resource through Windows Explorer, or another FTP program?

I did  what you instructed me but am now getting error 1550 and the source is FTP Transaction: 550 Access is denied. I am stranded dont know what to do can you please help me,

Hi Nassor,

Do you have security on your FTP server?

Make sure your username and password is correct and that you have set these as inputs to the FTP function block in the code.

This error is more to do with the network configuration than the LabVIEW function.

Got the same error 550, credentials were ok, I solved by removing the "C:\" drive letter in the destination path.
