Hi, I am using Labview to carry out object tracking, I have to identify a particular object in an image, and as the images changes, I need to determine the pixel coordinate or location on the images. I have been finding it really hard getting this done using IMAQ Vision and motion module, I know there should be a way but it has been extremely difficult for me cause I am not too good with the software.
Please I will appreciate any advice, suggestion or clues as to achieve this task, similar VI that give similar results if available will also be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi TN,
Thanks for the reply, i checked out the post but could not open the VI cause it is saved in version 8.6 while i use version 8.2, i will appreciate if the vi can be saved as version 8.2 so that i can view it. Also, i could not open the example use as well because i do not have a RTSI cable connected to my computer.
Thank you

Hey Akeem,
Have you looked at the examples available in the LabVIEW help menu there are a couple that perform object identification and may be possible to modify for continues acquisition. When using the machine vision function's they provide as part of there output cluster a pixel location of the center of the object recognized. Can I ask what environment in which you are performing the image acquisition and what form of camera you are using.

Sounds like you have a whole new issue. You should start a new thread and tell us exactly what you need help with. What have you tried? Where are you stuck? Show code where available.
