how to typecast a table control to connect with VISA

Why didn't you stick with your original thread?

If you would understand the answers given in your other threads you wouldn't want to "typecast a table to a string"...

So you are using Spreadsheet String to Array and vice versa in your simulator and haven't figured out that this could be a solution for your Read From Port VI too? Of course this doesn't solve all the problems such as knowing how many bytes the VISA Read should read to receive the entire table, but hey you insist on this (IMHO quite nonsensical table to VISA problem) and haven't yet thought about the more general problem of reading data that has potentially varying size.
