hi,

I am new to labview.  I am using NI 6216 usb Daq card for my application. I am getting data from 16 strain gauges with the help of wheatstone bridge. I want to know how should i start. Any useful tutorial for  NI6216?

Lots of tutorials.  Here is the standard set of links I provide for people wanting to know more about LabVIEW and the environment.

3 Hour Introduction http://www.ni.com/white-paper/5243/en/

6 Hour Introduction http://www.ni.com/white-paper/5241/en/

LabVIEW Wiki on Training http://labviewwiki.org/LabVIEW_tutorial#External_Links

But since you asked specifically about DAQ there are a few more things you might find useful.

Also in LabVIEW go to Help >> Find Examples.  There you can search for DAQ or DAQmx but what might be more useful is to go through the categories of Hardware Input and Output >> DAQmx.  You'll probably be interested in taking finite analog measurements.
