how we can merge vlc media player in the labview to play video in vlc ?

I am using VLC 2.2.4 and the file I installed for vlc was "vlc-2.2.4-win32.exe".  I would suggest restarting your computer after the installation.  The attached file (previously posted, but fixed a minor wiring bug) works on my computer.

I have just tried the restart, but does not work. I want to play the network video stream in LabVIEW. Maybe I can find other method to do it.
