Can you attach a picture of the waveform graph? Does the acquired signal start at 0v? Are you acquiring a complete set of full cycles ( if the first data point is 0v, the last data point must be 0v or very near). If your acquire stops in the middle of a cycle, my apporach won't work. I'll have to think of something else.
