Hi,
I'm trying to install the 2018 real-time driver for labview 2018, but whenever I try to run the setup, I keep getting prompted that I need 2018 labview. Does anyone know what could be happening?

Unfortunately, the picture you showed us covers up the LabVIEW Splash Screen that might give us more information about what software is installed.
Can you start LabVIEW just by itself? When it comes up, does it identify itself as LabVIEW 2018 (32-bit), SP1? According to the Error Message, this specific pre-requisite piece of software seems to be missing! This photo shows us what is "missing", but doesn't show us what is "present".

This is what I currently have. Is this different from SP1?

From that dialog, select Help --> About LabVIEW and take a screen shot. License Manager will also show you what you have. NI-MAX will as well, under "Software".

I attached it, let me know if this is what you wanted to see.

It appears that you do not have LV 2018 SP1 installed. This is what it should look like:

I see, is there anyway I can download the real-time driver with my current version without having to re-install labview completely?

Thank you. The error message says "NI LabVIEW 2018 SP1 32-bit must be installed before you can install the NI LabVIEW 2018 SP1 Real Time Module". You have installed "NI LabVIEW 2018 32-bit", which was released around August, 2018. NI LabVIEW 2018 SP1 32-bit would have been released about six months later (SP1 stands for "Service Pack 1", I believe).
If you installed NI Update when you installed NI LabVIEW 2018, you can run it and see if it will update your version of LabVIEW to the SP1 level. If so, you can try again to install the Real-Time SP1 Module.

This helped me figure it out, I updated the version, thanks.
