At which VI are you getting the error? It should say "Error 107... occurred at X location". If we know the VI that is causing hte problem, we can better identify which one to troubleshoot. Certain vision functions only accept certain types of images and image sizes. This page lists all of the NI Vision functions and their supported image types: Supported Image Types
