issue in communicating with the system

I'm currently using LabVIEW 2021, I have developed a code to communicate with the system for data acquisition and monitoring but when we connect the system to our computer there is an error when we connect. I have attached the image could anyone reply back if they know how to solve this issue.

Yes, there seems to be a problem! Can we debug it with this information? No, at least I can't.

It only shows the red crossed mark through the devices. Not even an error number. There is no information to even start guessing what might be the problem. What software have you installed on your computer? What versions? What have you tried so far in debugging this?

The only guess I have is that the version of the software on your computer doesn't match the version (20.0) of the system as installed on the cDAQ.

Thank you for you reply and I accept that given information is not sufficient, the NI modules in the system are version 2020 and the pc has been installed with is LabVIEW version 2021.
