keithley 2602 measure delay

Hello,

I am trying to change measure delay to the keithley 2602 with the instruction "smua.measure.delay=0.0000"

The thing is that if I put "smua.measure.delay=0.99" the measure is as fast as when I write "smua.measure.delay=0.0000".

If I put "smua.measure.delay=1.0000", then the measurement is slower. Do you know if there is any restriction with values 0-1 without include them.

Thanks you very much and best regards

Hi irvine,

My first thought is to checkout the user manual for that device - perhaps it only accepts integer values, and perhaps is rounding down anything that's passed in to the nearest integer?

That would limit the precision of the delay you can specify, it would seem.  However, perhaps there's another unit setting which lets you change the delay unit from seconds to, say, milliseconds or microseconds.  Then your integer values would allow you some reasonable granularity in time.

Hope this helps!
