Looks like the SR860 is new and there might not be a driver yet. Their product page provides an EXE and its source code, which you could easily translate to LabVIEW. See, https://www.thinksrs.com/products/sr860.html
For a prebuilt LabVIEW driver it looks like you will want to contact SR directly and see if they are working on one or if the SR865 driver (or other) is compatible.
