labVIEW installation error.HELP

I am getting this error while trying to install labVIEW.I formattted the system. Is my back up corrupted?

I downloaded the ini file and the problem is solved. But very weird and can some tell me why the file in my bin folder suddenly vanished.

I am getting this error again while installing vision assistant

Dear muks,

Better you can give the detailed description here itself. Anybody facing the same problem or anybody had that same problem previously and solved by mystery will surely guide you here.

             I dont think so.I even tried renewing a old thread yesterday.But sadly i think brian.T is not active nowadays.He had posted an inif zip file on the page which you reffered me and i was able to install LabVIEW but am not able to istall the device drivers and vision using the same inif file so i need some one to post the inif file.By any chance mathan can you do it.It will be inside the bin folder in the LabVIEW cd.Can you do it?
