labview 32-bit and 64-bit

i have a labview application built on a 32-bit XP.  if it is running on a 64-bit system such as 64-bit xp or vista (i dont have the computer to test out, assume it will run on such systems), can it address more than 4GB of memory? or will it be running in emulated 32-bit environment in the 64-bit OS?

It will run in an emulated 32 bit environment and because it is a 32 bit application will not be able to address more than 4GB of memory.
