labview 5.1.1 craches on Win2k

My application is built on windows2000 and labview 5.1.1 with a GPIB device and a 3rd party frame grabber.
Somehow I frequently got labview error and the vis closed (crach). It says the error is logged but I could not find anywhere. When I use debug feature to search the problem, the program runs fine, no complains. Who can tell me why?
One thing I wonder that Windows2000 assigned all added device interrupts, GPIB, USB, and frame grabber to IRQ9. Will this config cause the problem?

I would suggest trying to use GPIB Analyzer (http://www.ni.com/support/gpib/max/analyzer.htm) or NI-Spy (http://www.ni.com/support/gpib/max/nispy.htm) to see what the bus is doing. I would also reommend checking out the trouble shooting wizard at http://www.ni.com/support/gpib/gpib1.htm.
