i fixed the config problem. i am beginning to wonder if i have a bad install of .NET or more likely, a bad install of LV8.01 as there are some things that don't seem to be working right, such as typedefs. i have a typedef of an enum constant and LV changes the value i selected at design time to a different value at run time. Labview 8.01 can't be "uninstalled" can it? I'm thinking the only way to redo it is to rerun the update and the mass-compile again, or is this not the right way to do it?
