In LabVIEW I know of the ctrl-drag operation to resize objects, etc. to be larger BUT is there an inverse of that to remove space from the block diagram?
thanks

Hi p15218
I'm not really sure what you mean, but the tools for arranging the object in on the Front Panel or in the Block Diagram can be found here:
Is this what you are looking for? If not please explain post some images to explain what you are after.
Best Regards

I have often wanted that function as well but sadly it does not exist in LV at this time.
In LV 2009 it is possible to clean-up part of a diagram (select a region and choose clean-up) which may be of limited use.
Just trying to help,
Ben

Hi p15218
I think I know what you mean... using ctrl drag to create more space on a specific area on the block diagram. I've never come across an opposite to this and don't think 1 exists, sorry.

Ah, now I know what was asked for. Like the gentlemen above I'm sad to say it does not exist at the moment. You can always suggest it as a new feature
Best regards

Ctrl+Alt+Drag to remove diagram space has been there since LabVIEW 2015.
