labview drivers

Hello!

You will find in attachment the drivers for CCD 3000&3500. When I try to run the demo's, each labview demo tells me:

"LabVIEW:  File not found. The file might have been moved or deleted, or the file path might be incorrectly formatted for the operating system. For example, use \ as path separators on Windows, : on Mac OS X, and / on Linux. Verify that the path is correct using the command prompt or file explorer."

If I have well understood, labview is trying to find the file "ccdload.ini", that I don't have and I don't know where I have to look for it(The problem is in the CCD load ini.vi).

I am sorry, but I am new of LabView...

It's looking for that file inside a folder called "ccd" that's in the same directory as the LabVIEW files. Where did you get the drivers from?

Hi Eleonora,

In the files you attached, in the CCD load ini.vi file I receive the same error information, but this is due to it detecting a non-existent GPIB interface.

Have you checked your GPIB interface? This tutorial on GPIB Controllers may help you to understand what they are.

I found the drivers here:

http://www.horiba.com/us/en/scientific/products/optical-spectroscopy/software/labview/thank-you/ (CCD-3000 & CCD-3500).

It gives me the same error!

Hi!

Yes I did. I used MAX (National Instruments Measurements and Automation Explorer). It recognize the CCD and it gives me an error (but I read in the forum that's neglegible) about *IDN query. The CCD is well connected (I think).

Thanks for checking that.

What are you trying to achieve by running the demos?

The name "CCD load ini.vi" suggests that it is used to load an ini file.

If you hover over the vi icon using the context help you can observe the image below.

I found the file.ini. This file comes with the SETUP disk of the detector. I am sorry to have thought about it only today!
