spartan 3e xup is not present what you suggested the path but in control panel in-add/remove program i see spartan3e support driver  3.1 my os-win 7,64 bit & my labview2011 is 32 bit

i think i don't have lanview 2011 sp1 installed,is it necessary to install that ? agian from dvds or any there option? thank you.

There was no support for LabVIEW 2011, just 2011 SP1. The support person must have given you the 2010 version if you have version 3.1 installed. Your best option is to install LabVIEW 2011 SP1 and LabVIEW 2011 SP1 FPGA Module, and the LabVIEW 2011 SP1 FPGA Module Xilinx Compilation Tools, and then check our FTP site for "Spartan3E_4_3.exe". The download will be removed in 2 days, so please post back here if you cannot find it.
