What do you mean by drivers?
The USB driver should be available from the manufacturer, here Tektronix.
LabVIEW VIs should also be there if they offer some. As it seems, they don't. We also use Tek scopes and since they use SCPI there is no need for extra VIs. LV has everything you need.
