k , but cannot I have a direct measurement for airflow in cfm like pressure bridge measuring pressure in psi. I donot want measurement in voltage and convreting via scaling to cfm. Just tell me is it possible what I am asking. My project guide is asking for it. I think its not possible. But please guys help me out on this if it is possible help me know about it.

You are not understanding fundamental sensor operations. Sensors measure voltage. They do no measure engineering units like cfm. You need to convert a voltage to a cfm with a formula. That's the way the universe works. This has nothing to do with the DAQ Assistant. Please spend some time reviewing how sensors work.

This is very simple. The answer is NO. Go tell your guide I said so.
I'm assuming here that you are asking if you can modify the DAQ Assistant to add your own input types. If you need to do that, it's time to leave the baby pool (DAQ Assistant, Express VIs) and learn how to swim (LabVIEW primitives). You can write code to do what your guide wants with full LabVIEW but the DAQ Assistant is for beginners and doesn't have that capability.
P.S.: Maybe you shouldn't mention to your guide that it can be done at all.

Tell him after you've added the measurement.
