labview2013 spi Garbled

 I don’t know why I uninstalled labview2013, and then reinstalled it and the code was garbled. I installed the patch and upgraded to 2013 sp1. It still didn’t work. I also tried to reinstall it again, but it still didn’t work. I also tried to modify the computer language settings. It won’t work if the non-Unicode language is changed. Is there any way to solve this problem?

How do you are uninstall and install the LabView? Describe the steps. 

You cannot directly change the language without uninstalling.

To change the language you have to uninstall your current version and then install LabVIEW in your preferred language again.

In addition, check your region settings on Windows.

That could be the cause of your problem.
