Well, you didn't attach the Keithley VI so I can't see it. If the Keithley has a control that determines the output DC voltage, then where you now have the HP signal level and frequency, place the Keithley VI so that you are ramping the DC voltage. You're really going to have to go through the Keithley's VI documentation and user manual to determine what inputs you need and what kind of initialization is required. If the Keithley driver has a Getting Started VI, experiment with that all by itself before you start your experiment.
