led 64 phidget module error: 0x80080005, server execution failed

hello,

small question: I made a labview routine that works in combination with a phidget module (led64), but on another computer (several other computer, only installed the runtime of labview) the output does not work, (active x calls out fails, error:0x80080005, server execution failed)

hope someone can help me out,

Hello Brian,

tank you so much for your post on our webforum. I found another possible cause of your problem, please have a look at this KB . Do you have the problem at only one PC or are more PC's involved?

If this doesn't solve the problem, and the same problem occurs on another PC, please post the LV version you are using, a link where I can find the phidget VI's  and an example to reproduce this problem.

Dear ninlmartijn ,

thanks for your input, it gave us the insight to find the problem.

The runtime did not worked because it was build and compiled with a previous phidget driver, strange thing though is that is was the same version only another build.
