location of Y lable on graph

Why can’t I center the label on a Y axis? See attachment.

Please attach the code instead. A picture is useless to troubleshoot.

(I also believe that the justification setting that you use applies to the text within its box (e.g. if you have a multiline label) and not to the relative position of the label with respect to the graph)
