Installing MS visual J# seems to help. I get a list of objects now to choose from after selecting the assembly.
But what next? 🙂

Yes, that did the trick. However, since there is a mismatch in versions between the one used in Mike's example, the code needs to be rewritten from start (it seems).
nevertheless, the key to getting onewirewiever (1-wire viewer) from Dallas semiconductor to work was to install MS visual J# (beside .Net), actually exactly as it said in the installation for the 1-wire viewer drivers ![]()
My application is working now after copying some portions of Mike's example which I needed and with slight modifications.

Hello,
With dotnet.zip attached with this post we are able to read ID's of 1-wire devices. Can you please help me on how can I proceed to start a mission, stop mission and loading mission results as in onewireviewer software?
I am using one wire Container 41. Please help me.
