Hi
Im Siya, I want to read the x-axis value of mach3 into labview. Is it possible to do this ?

Sure. Why not?
If you would like more assistance, please provide some information as to what you are talking about. What is "mach3"?

Mach3 is CNC software used to control motors (stepping in my case), a breakout board is used to interface the hardware and software. Im using a
Mach3 USB Motion Card AKZ250 breakout board.
the project im working has has to do with motion control and data aquisition using cnc software and ni Mydaq. I have to measure the diameter and profile of an ellipsoid shaped object ( tank dish-end). The X coordinate from mach3 will give me information regarding the diameter. To measure the profile im using an IR distance sensor with Mydaq

You previously asked this question a few months back, and you indicated that thread with a solution. So what has changed? What did you actually do with the information provided to you in that thread?

I wired the cards together thus I can send sent an output signal from the breakout board to an input of Mydaq. Now I want to read a real number ( x axis position) into labview software
