When the text file will be saved successfully after pop-up notification will become in the front panel any LabVIEW program will be available or any LabVIEW program concepts...

Not quite sure what you want.  Do you want to have a dialog that says the file was saved successfully?  Do you want to display a file dialog box so you can save the file?  Please elaborate.

yes when text file will be  generated successfully  dialog box will be open in front panel

The One Button Dialog Function is one solution among others.
