manual & Help for UBS 9211, Daq 1.3, NI datalogger

I need a complete manual and relavent Help program for the USB 9211 temperature multiplexer with NI Datalogger, which apparently was built from DAQmx Base 1.3.
WWW.NI.COM/Manuals does not have anything in it that I could find beyond "Getting Started Guide". Readme has nearly nothing in it. Help program quits when running Datalogger and search of modules produced nothing relavent.
Someone devloped NI Datalogger and probably created their private notes about each attribute and Icon deaults and choices. I need a copy.
Alternatively, is there a 3rd party with other software to log data and produce graphs? I am in the middle of research in 17th century iron smelting on my own money and cannot afford much. I don't want to buy Labview nor spend the time learning it.
So, if no one helps, I have a USB9211 for sale cheap and will simply buy 2 or 3 RadioShack multimeters with temperature logger, and use 2 or 3 computers.

Hi,

The documentation you mention is what is available sofar, sorry.
You also mention that search of modules returns nothing relevant? What do you mean? Search is supposed to return a device number.
In the NI Datalogger you should be able to choose this device ID and a channel number > then select Temp TC in Acqusition Type if reading from a thermocouple. Do you get a error message when running the Datalogger?

Also I would suggest that you upgrade the DAQmxBase driver to the latest version found here:
