microsecond resolution counter

Good morning,

I have a NI 6503 card. And I need to generate signals on its outputs
with 1 microsecond resolution (for example a 500kHz clock).
Is it possible to generate with Labview (Version 6.1) a counter with a
resolution better than 1 millisecond?

You can't do it with this card. The digital outputs are unstrobed or static and are set by software commands only. You can't get the kind of determination you need with Windows. You should get a get a different digital I/O board (i.e. 6534) or a multi-function daq board and use the analog output or counter/timeer output.
