no, but easy to put one together. Basic comm would consist of a setpt(sent), pressure readback, valve position readback(all in %) as well as basic valve commands. I would use valve position/pressure control and auto. Optionally open, close, and hold. What version LV are you using ?-may have example. Also in previous thread "Vi to control baratron pressure sensor", there is a generic term vi- proto8A, that will work for 7.0 on up.
232 cable is straight thru though only need 2-2, 3-3, and 5-5 pins connected.

Hi rootsjames,
Unfortunately I can't find any drivers on our network for this specific product allthough I have found a driver for the MKS 647.
The instrument driver network can be handy for finding these sorts of things in future: http://www.ni.com/devzone/idnet/.
The 647 drivers are located here: http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.model_page?p_model_id=5793
Have you tried to see if these work with your product?
If you still can't get it working it might be useful to call the manufacturer and ask them directly if they have any drivers available.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,

Hi rootsjames,
Did you manage to get your MKS 651 working okay?
Did the drivers I suggested work?
Thanks,

Following just a suggestion on the commands to use for basic communication over 232. Its intent is only to give an idea on what commands are necessary for operation. Its sloppy because i'm not an LV programmer. I tried it on my bench 651 controller and it worked ok. Ea readbacks should be 40msec or less at 9600. Also, should work for other MKS throttle valve controllers with little or no changes. Only pt to be aware of is the vi will change(if not done already) one of the recipe setpts(setpt E), from a pressure setpoint to a position setpt once you are communicating. You can change it back to pressure using T51 command or from front panel of 651. Commands start on page 61 of manual.
good luck
