Hey guys I went and commented a lot of stuff so if you want to change anything you can.  I forgot to mention, use at your own risk.  But I'm assuming the only way you can hurt your tool is by overheating the stage the current set limits are at 408 to 20 kelvin.

I'll post my code that uses the Keithley 24XX to make Richardson plots for schottky diodes.  This should be a good base for a lot of temperature vs current/voltage graphs.

This is essentially the same as the last one I posted except that it allows for a 1d array of temperatures to test.  Once it reaches the temperature it sources current or voltage and then measures the current, voltage and resistance.  After the measurement it will then move on to the next temperature.  You can use the temperature and the current to find the nonideality factor of schottky barrier using a simple Richardson plot.  Just like the previous version this allows you to save each run in a new column and I found that if you save the file as something.xls then you'll be able to open it right up in excel.  Hope this helps someone, let me know if anyone has any questions.

Thanks for your reply .... Actually, I need to use the compressed nitogen and k20 temperature controller in the cryogenic stage to make temperature range from 90k to 350k. And, I have no idea how to do it ..... if u suggest me any maunal, reference or the k20 orinigal manual ... that really helps ...

I just finished setting ours up so if you have any questions feel free to ask but the manual should cover most of it.  Also if you want quicker responses check with MMR Technologies.  I'll try to post the manual later this week when I get a chance to make it into lab.
