I was following along with the example above, due to it being a patch antenna and I keep getting errors, I have attached my Vi, below.  I just want to continuous take measurement's from the GPS sensor. 

Does anyonne have any suggestions?

Hi Billy,

Can you provide more details about the errors occurred in your code. Attaching some screenshots of the errors would be great.

Also, I suspect that your VISA resource is not closed properly based on the codes that you've attached.

It is a Visa error!

Can you check whether you have the NI-Serial and NI-VISA software installed in the myRIO?

And also, check if whether selecting COM1 works for your code.

Yeah I don't have serial mysteriosly.  Sorry i've been looking into this.  I went to Add/remove software on NI Max and I was expecting to find it, any suggestions?

Is NI Serial listed in “Available add-ons” on the NI Compact RIO Software wizard from NI MAX?

If it is not, can you confirm that NI Serial is listed under software on the “My System” tab in NI MAX. Have a nice day.
