need help slecting a module to generate a 400Hz 18mv RMS sine wave (real time application)

I need some help finding a PXI or SCXI module for use in a labView RT application.  Required to generate a 18 to 36mv RMS sine wave. (6 individula channels)

currently using a 6723 produced a very noisy signal at that low of a voltage.  Any recomendation to a) clean up the signal or b) a better module to use for my application

a) Generate the signal at much higher voltage and then attenuate it with a voltage divider/buffer.
