new file in a directory and search for a string and display then

hello everybody

                   i am new to Labview and i am facing some difficulties.. i am trying to explain if someone can help

1. First i want to open the recent file in a directory/ folder..means the latest file in a directory

2. 2nd i want to search in that file and display the information for example i have attached the given file.. and explain what i want in that file..  but this file should be the recent file in a specific directory
