ni.com download links broken

Hello,

I'm trying to download the NI ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit. Under Resources -> Download, I get linked to http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/fn/p/sn/n23:2.17.3237/q/ecu/sb/navsRel/lang/en 

However, the link gives a "Page Not Found" error. Underneath, I'm given a "Web Feedback" form. Unfortunately, when I tried to use that form to report the broken link, I simply got another error and was sent to http://search.ni.com/cgi-bin/errorpage.cgi 

1. Can someone please fix the site?
2. Does anyone know the correct link for the NI ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit?
