i have downloaded nimodbus.zip file. But it is giving me error to open it because we are using labview 7.0 an d that is in labview7.1. Please convert it into labview7.0 for me.

can i use that mb24 zip file for communication checking with my instruments just like server explorer in dsc module

Probably not. If I remember correctly, the server explorer detects OPC servers, not Modbus devices.
As far as I know, the only thing that you can do with these VIs is speak to specific Modbus devices.
